He also served as the Assistant Director of Community Development and aided in the revitalization of East Cleveland with projects such as the Hayden Avenue Development Program. The collection consists of handbooks, a magazine, memoranda, newsletters, and a copy of the oath of office taken by Chandler as City Manager. The collection pertains largely to the East Cleveland, Ohio, community and its Neighborhood Development Program.
